I look forward to hopefully making it over there for a throwdown.
Have y'all ever heard of American Kickboxing Academy? My friend says that Kevin Garcia is a good teacher.

tharuz:
Next tuesday 7/29 will be fine.
"pretty please
have my conditioning ready.
and maybe a videocamera ready or just help me put pictures in my facebook."
Whats this all about? what do you mean "have my conditioning ready..." and
We do not keep camera equiptment at the school and stay pretty focused on training during class so video and taking pics is generally a distraction. Maybe after class I'll snap some shots for ya if you bring a camera, as for helping put pics on your face book, well I guess I could, for nominal technical consulting fee, J/K! I don't know anything about facebook but I imagine downloading pics there should be fairly painless for you.
See you next week!!!

I understand now, I'm going to attend a class with you guys....
I don't own a camera, I just wanted to be an attention whore and have me filmed doing the splits
it's my coach's fault, he just found youtube...
he's been flming class lately, he's always filming.
I'm sure the good people at bullhsido would love to have a video of me doing the splits, maybe I'll get a tag or something. -

tharuz: exactly, you'll be training with the class and dont forget there's a $15 mat fee.
If your not down to train and would like to just come out to meet me thats cool to. I'm just going to be to busy to make any one on one time until after we get settled into the new place.

Every throwdown I have been to hosted at an established martail art school has always asked for a mat fee. The last throwdown in Austin I attended they were donating the mat fee money to a charity organization.
I am pushing for the same kind of set up, for the throwdowns the mat fee will be lower than the mat fee to drop in on a scheduled class. I want all the money from throwdowns to go to a charity organization.
