    well once i go to college there is a small gym in the basment of my dorm hall, i will be doing an indoor fartlek, basically, five minutes of five cardio machines. right now most of my training is cardio in one way or another basically this is how it stacks up

    monday and wednesday
    3x3 minutes tabata intervales
    kempo in the PM, on wednesdays BJJ after kempo

    3x3 minutes jump rope

    3x3 minutes heavybag

    3x3 minutes shadow boxing

    1x3 minute speed bag

    1x3 minutes tabata intervals on the punching bag

    1x3 minutes of power boxing

    tuesday and thursday
    on thursdays kempo and MMA in the PM
    20 pushups
    swim 25 yards
    20 squats
    repeate 3 times

    20 dips
    swim 25 yards
    20 hipups
    repeate 3 times

    500 meter swim

    5 weight retrivals in 11 feet of water, 5 second rest in between

    5 12 yard swims under water 10 second break in between

    friday
    3 mile run

    saturday
    kempo and MMA in the PM

    Sunday
    day off, at work all day

    I don't do tabatas, intervals, etc in the am. I need something with a quick recovery time, and good HIIT wipes me out for a couple of hours. Steady state cardio usually has me getting back to normal by the time I'm heading out the door. So I jog. If I had access to a stationary bike, rower, pool, etc, that would also work.

    It's probably being old.

    I either do 4-5 laps of intervals around the soccer field or swim.
