Update:

I ended up purchasing a pair of Sambovki from SamboSteve. The price was very reasonable (including shipping they were less than a "cheap" pair of wrestling shoes would cost here), and the quality seems excellent, and they look pretty good.

The shoes arrived within two weeks (not bad considering they came halfway across the world), and they fit comfortably. They arrived at my house yesterday while I was at work so I only got to check them out after I returned home from training, but I'll be trying them out tonight at wrestling class.

Thanks Steve. I also appreciate the quick responses to any and all e-mails/pms/etc that I sent. I definitely would have no hesitation in coming back to make further purchases.
