The existence of Kungku is nothing but for killing and fighting in the ancient China.
But in the modern society, we mainly face the chance for body-practise even in most
kind of so called Kungku.
I do not know has everyone here think about what should a real Kungku like while
you are faimilar with the fighting like boxing or the others or maybe you have
seen the taijiquan around you.
If Kungku can not protect youself or how to determine whether a Kungku is practical.
I come here just want to introduce one kind of "Taiji"--ZhangSanFeng Taiji.
The name is not important while the meaning of what it like or how is the result
I think will be much appealing especially everyone want to learn a really"Kungku".
We emphasize the inside of body.
The inside power-inner strength is much important than how many movements you know.
The effect of the stronger inner strength can make you stronger in power
(although we never emphasize on power exercise) as well as the resistant in fighting.
I believe he said that exercise is good.
