You should see this, guy doing karate its sad he was describing the horse stance and his kata and that its ment to similate 2 guys choking him and 2 guys grabing his arms. it is just plan sad watching this bullshit, looks like in 2 months we are gonna have alot more members here on bullshido....

I am still watching in horror.
AND ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM SCARED....
