I live in Palm Coast and I train at the Armory of South daytona...anybody in Flagler county wanna get together and roll at my house? I am a Gracie Barra (converted to Nova Uniao) Purple belt under Stephen Whittier...if anybody on this remote county of the USA wanna roll...just to prove a point or to get a good work out I am always available...just send me a line....leogocking@hotmail.com

I apologize for not being able to PM this, but im new and i gather from reading through this thread that you need some posts before being able to message. Where in bloomfield do you train? Hey dude I broke my hand a few yrs ago and we did guard stuff while my hand healed you will be amazed at how good your guard will get just working your legs...hit me up I have this weekend off and Monday as well...if not to train we can have a few coronas together, I live at the "R" section here in Palm coast just moved from MA 9 months ago...did you try Richie's academy? that place is the place to be around here...anyhow here is the e-mail again....leogocking@hotmail.com

Viva la ARMORY,
Everyone is welcome to come down to South Daytona and roll with us. For Flagler and Ormond guys its only another couple miles down the road. We just had Robson Moura and Hermes Franca down to train.
