I am gonna give Body by Fish a try. I think I over did it with the weights the other day. I just wanted to push myself as far as I could go. I even continued after vomiting. Couldnt move today lol Took an ice bath which helped. Icy Hot is nice as well.
I started Body By Fish this week. The work out only lasted an hour and 45 minutes.But it was a good one. I did work out #1 on Monday and the sandbag O' Death. Then today I did work out #2 and the swing sprints. I did add ankle weights for the V-Ups and flutter kicks. Thanks for showing me that link. I really like this and I am exhausted, but it feels right.
