1. How old are you?
You won't be "full size" until your fun little puberty stage is done.
Yes, genetics play a larger part. But so does training effectively and eating the right stuff.
I point currently at diet and training right now as "culprits" for not growing much.Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido -

Ok, I actually didn't have my glasses on when I read that. So....I'm an idiot.
Well it really depends on your growth spurt period.
Keep eating right and working out and gains will come.Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido -

That's actually pretty weird, i thought i stopped growing about a year or two ago when i was 16/17 and i reached 5'11". During growth spurt I had "growing pains" in my knees and the past few weeks i've been experiencing similar pains. Now that I'm almost 19 I don't think i'm growing but that'd be pretty cool to gain another few inches :DOriginally posted by Anthony
I was about 5' 5" till about 16/17. Then shot up to 5' 10". Around 18/19, hit 6 foot and weight like 210lbs. I didn't fill out till about 26. -
