It requires flexability, but also long legs.

Again, not really. Bravo has relatively stubby legs, actually.

The only guy who deserves that contract, win or lose, is Amir. They're teasing us by showing Amir drop CB with that body kick in the Ep. 12 preview, lets hope he can do it. I used to like Rampage more so I'd root for his guys, but I like Forrest now as well and I don't care as long as PLEASE PLEASE LET CB GET KTFO.

Its because hes a blackbelt instructor that it worked on you.

Hey, I went to your link, and I'm pretty sure that was pornography. "Mission control", is that what the kids are calling that these days?

Not true my friend, I dont doubt you have long legs but there is no correlation between longer legs and better stretching ability. In 12 years of running road races, track & field, I have witnessed the shorter legged guys seem to stretch with more ease. Only an observation though. Oh, congradulations on being able to reach down and stretch your head down to the your crotch area. You must never leave the basement. Lucky bastard.

The problem most people have with playing rubber guard has to do with the flexibility in their hips, not the knees. If you stretch properly then you are flexible enough to play it. You don't have to be BJ Penn or Eddie Bravo flexible. The one thing about flexibility that's different than a lot of attributes is that you can actually train your body to be flexible. It's hard to train your body to be 6'4"/240lbs when you are only 5'9"/170lbs (my height/weight by the way).

I would have to disagree with this statement. It all has to do with time and propagation. Bravo is the source of this style of grappling. You see others who do similar things and similar techniques but as a system, you can only go to him and his students. Leglocks aren't used as much as other techniques in high level competitions and even MMA, should we then question to validity of leg attacks?

Yeah, you have to develop the sensitivity to know when to let go of a technique when you are about to get picked up and potentially slammed. Many people harped on Bravo regarding stacking and slamming as a defense to the rubber guard. His counter to this argument was that most guards, not just the rubber guard, can be stacked and the person slammed. That's why you have to know when it's about to happen and either defend or let go of the technique.

Just cause he picked you up, don't let that discourage you from attempting it again. My guess is that he knew what you were doing and was trying to teach you a lesson as a means to dissuade you from using those techniques. Keep using them, just learn how to stop the slam or abandon ship.
