Brown rice protein is fine, it has a good enough AA complex, and is better than soy.
Hemp protein is my favorite though, and is just as readily available. It's got all 10 EAA, and is a balanced source of omega 3 and 6 EFAs. Also, the presence of the AA Edestin makes hemp the closest plant source to our own amino acid profile. It is a raw protein as opposed to a processed protein isolate, and is way easier to digest and assimilate as a result. Hemp owns. -
