Then again, I recently had a post warning for posting nothing more than a comical picture in a forum (http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=71169), in which I was clearly breaking some sort of rule or policy.
So I guess it could be a little more complex. Overall, I wouldn't personally take offense to if a thread that I started was deleted by a moderater due to it having a spoiler title. So, yes, I do think that spoilers should be a bannable offense, given a certain degree of warning.

Personally, I agree that having spoilers in the title should get you at least a warning. In the actual threads, you can post spoilers but you shouldn't have them in the titles.

So what if you dont get to watch them live? How is that everyone elses problem?
Stay away from the forums until you watch it. What if someone at work inadvertently mentioned the outcome before you got to watch it? Would you then petition your boss to have them fired?

Jesus Christ how hard is it, all you have to do is not place spoilers in titles, it's about as basic as expecting people on a film forum to not have thread titles like "Oh My God, Bruce Willis was a ghost all along!" The day after the film premièred. Seriously, it's not hard to do.
Plus I'm pretty sure the TOS has something in it about it anyway.

Can I correct some of you, A spoiler only happens when say Tuf is air earlier in a timezone therefore not giving the people who are in the timezone ahead the chance to actually see it. If something is live on PPV and the result are posted everywhere from ESPN to yahoo sports its not a spoiler.
This use to happen with pride events and Sherdog they were aired on Japanese networks the night before and people in the US didnt have a chance to watch it.
Stop the whining and buy the live event. If you dont dont be suprised to see the results in a MMA forum.
Hell when the Sox win the world series are we not allowed to talk about it at mlb.com until every tom, dick and harry have seen the series after the fact.
Oh and A movie premier is not the same as a live fight.

Eduardo "You dont stop until i say stop, you dont get tired until i say your tired, keep going."

My cousin gave me some tapes of him doing tkd. I learned from those tapes. When I beat up an Akido instructor, and made him take rest breaks, I used TKD. I learned Bjj from watching ufc and pride and then I copied them and wrestled my cousin for practice. I choked him out and he tapped.
