Should have Marquardt been disqualified?

Yeah, the knee is clearly down when the knee lands. I missed it the first time since I was still in awe from the piledriver. Overall, I was happy with the decision as those fouls were pretty bad. However, if Herb Dean saw the 2nd knee, it might have been worth disqualifying Marquardt. Repeating the same foul when it's that serious seems pretty bad to me.
