I like that Rampage one alot.

In MMA gyms, do they practice slams by slamming each other over and over again? That seems like it would get old pretty quick.

Awesome video.

We practice throws on crash mats, but sometimes people get thrown when working takedowns.

crash-mats for technique. Throwing Dummy/Bag for power
