I think it wouls be easier to just use a weight vest if you want to add resistance.

Interesting concept. I usually cross a pair of #2 iron woody bands from feet to shoulder (in an X) for some exercises. But this looks excessive for the average joe.

Who is going to pay $250 for one of those? And how is one to use them in conjunction to an existing training program?

Other than a coach training an athlete for a specific purpose, I don't see how or why the average joe would spend $$$ on it.

I like the concept, but I'm like :icon_scra thinking about how to get my return on investment.

oh, and that **** reminds me of the Exo Squad, so it's kinda cool.
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

A weighted vest coupled with hand and ankle weights. That'd be the closest analogy I could think.

BTW, did I get that right, that if I want to from 35lbs to 50lbs or 75lbs I have to buy a complete new set? No way to upgrade the plumbing?

That ain't no cool at all.

yeah, I think my reaction was close to the same ... sparked my interest/curiosity, but $250 takes it off the radar pretty quick :D
