So, you're all thinking "eww... guard guy, get a top game, noob." Yea, working on the top game while keeping and improving the guard. It just isn't ready to play with the big boys yet.... eek

More "EWW GUARD GUY" stuff, but hey, I have other stuff, I just didn't need to use it this time. I was disappointed in the whole just one other person in the bracket thing, but hey, I am proud of my performance. woo
it was my firs time in expert, and I lost, but I am still proud. Meh.

If you go to edit your profile you'll notice the last field is, "Competition Footage Thread." If you copy and paste the url to this thread there you'll get a nifty little film real icon at the top of all your posts that links to this thread.

nothing wrong with playing the guard game. I think that's the harder part anyway.

Why dont these guys tap!?.
Really nice work off your back, all of those guys look like they should grind you into paste but you brought them into your game.
Yes, I am smarter than you are.

Was that from NAGA on the 10th? Looks like it, I'm pretty sure you can see me and my crew on the balcony in the background and I remember that armbar from your second match. Well done dude. And I approve of your hair. Mine is so long I have to roll it up in a bun.

You look like a one trick pony, kid. You need to take an entire month off training and not finish ANYONE with an armbar, or a triangle from that side. Your game will improve.
...oh yeah...get some takedowns.

In response to the guys arm, I let go in time. He was holding it, I heard a little snap, he was icing it for a while, but for the most part, it was alright...

There is nothing wrong with working off the bottom. Nice job, the flying arm bars were excellent!
