If you can go see a doctor do so, if your like me and a huge percentage of Americans you don't have health insurance nor can you afford it. Take it easy for a while and ice it. -

Well Iwent to the doctors finally. They said I screwed up the ligaments AND cartillage. it still hurts! And it has done so for the last 2 months. They said that if i train or run or do anything with them actively during the next two months the only thing im gona b training is chess... after a month and a half i could start doing a bit of swimming but i shouldnt push it. Plus i gotta do this therapy with sound and electricity and i gotta put sum gel on it. Thankyou everybody for the help you all gave me. :) thank you again. O yea my dad got the same thing from playing football but he's a little chubby.

Go see your doctor.
Listen not to the posters here, well meaning or not.
Scar tissue can build over time if you do not have this evaluated now.
BETTER TO BE LOOKED AT NOW THAN DRAINED LATER,
Joe
