UFC 87 new main event

There is a new main event. This is the fight many have been waiting for in the Welterweight division.

George St. Pierre vs. John Fitch

Mark Coleman has a torn MCL in his knee. So Coleman vs. Lesnar is off.

I think this is great news as far as my viewing pleasure. I had little interest in the Coleman Lesnar fight and am excited to see GSP defend the title against Fitch. This should be a great fight.

Fitch?! He has nothing on GSP. GSP has better striking, jits, and better wrestling. Fitch is going to get steamrolled.

gsp is the jesus to the god that is anderson silva.

GSP has better everything, then everybody, at everytime, in history.

Everything you think your good at...long division, grilling chicken, driving, gsp can do it better, faster, and for longer periods of time then you can ever dream of.

naaaa.... GSP will take him lightly, get mentaly out of the game, get man handled in the first round, loose heart and then beaten in the 2nd.

That plus mars will be in alienment with venus which is always bad for GSP :boxing:

for the record, coleman/lesnar was NEVER the main event.

also, coleman has been replaced by herring, and lesnar/herring will co main event along with huerta/florian.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that GSP/fitch is the main event now. y'know, being a TITLE SHOT and all.

I don't see Herring being able to keep it standing, and considering the "ground game" he showed against Kongo, I don't know how he'll win. Of course, he did last two fights with Nog, so...

Yeah, probably Lesnar. Too bad; they'd actually found someone to make me pull for Lesnar and then he gets injured.

Oh, and GSP will win. Fitch doesn't impress me that much.
