Not exactly while exercising but throughout the whole day. I felt much more alert, less sleepy, less tired/drained. Now, I can wake up and just get ready to go work out or to to work, and I'm not crashing into narcoleptic **** at 6-7pm the way I used to.
Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

The cost kinda even up for me since I don't need to take more B-complex supplements, energy drinks or coffee.
Now that I'm looking at the review I see a correction regarding my current physical activity. In the last two weeks I've run less and spend a lot more time doing flexibility drills (specially for my lower back and thoraccic spine.)
And yet, I've gained about 3-4 pounds, reduced my waist size a bit, and I'm like f* hungry all the time.
The weight gain and waist reduction could be because now I was overtrained and the forced rest is giving my body the break it needed to grow more lean mass. But the increased appetite, that cannot be placebo and cannot be explained with a reduction of exercise. I seriously believe it's this supplement's work.
Please keep in mind that people react differently. This is what I've experienced, and I'm certainly going to keep this product while getting rid of the other B-complex supplements. Give it a try and see if it works for you.Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. Any chance of getting a follow up review after another 30 days? I'd like to know if the effects continue the same, increase, or decrease and if you notice anything else.
Also, I'm already having a hard time getting the 3200 cals I need to maintain my weight. If this stuff makes me hungrier I'ma be eatting 10 meals a day and go broke buying food.... -

Good question. I'm waiting for Dan (Tactical Nut) to answer that.
