    Im an old man too ... the only thing that really works for me is arnica based ointment. the other stuff just stinks and I can't tell any benefit at all.

    The strongest version of Tiger Balm is "Imperial Balm," sometimes also known as Tiger Balm Ultra.

    Don't get the Extra Strength red one. It stains.
