I second (third, fourth) just about everything that has already been said.
On another note, Forrest and Quinton are becoming two of my favorite fighters just because of their attitudes. Even after getting pissed at each other last week, this week it seemed like they were back on good terms playing around with each other. They've both had blow-ups, but once they got it out of their system, they were back to being good sports. -

I honestly think those blowups might be manufactured a little bit just to spice it up. I really don't get the impression that either of those guys takes themselves very seriously. This has been the best season for good attitudes from everyone in the house. A few rivalries, but so far nothing that smacks of total retardation. There also seems to be a lot less footage from inside the house and a lot more from inside the gym. Which I approve of.

Guy Who Pays the Bills and Gets the Death Threats Style: MMA (Retired)--
CB is good, but I was more impressed with his opponent's guard work and submissions. It's great to watch a fighter with such an active guard who's willing to take punishment to get a sub. Reminds me a lot of Nogueira.

No. It's basically a guillotine with one leg over his shoulder and the other underneat as a blocker. You don't need to lock it up becuase if he scoots away he just puts it on tighter. So the leg underneath is used to keep him from scooting/turning in to relieve pressure. At least I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

Also, another thing, i don't know what was going on in rampage's mind, but net gun > water gun
in javascript terms (and in terms of pay back) water gun != net gun.
In my mind, Forrest is still more bad ass.
Plus he fucking raped that door.

You can be a good guy, and still be dumb.

Just watch any episode, especially the first one with him fighting, his brain cells, you could count them on one hand...
