Lau Gar-Worth the small Fortune?

The only time I ever see Lau Gar is always as one of the forms required in Hung Gar, though i imagine there are some practitioners of the system some where out there.

Omega, why don't you do the set and post it so we can see what the fuss is about?

I always thought you guys doubted that I did Kung-fu so I did the form as proof that I do come from a traditional background.
