What I saw was superior striking and, yes I'll admit it, superior wrestling, but nothing more than someone with a background in schoolastic wrestling would have. I don't see the superiority of catch. Maybe I just don't know enough about catch.

BJJ has throws, submissions
Catch has throws, submissions

Like I said who had more takedowns, throws, and submission attempts.

Take out the striking and Barnett still one. Boom Catch > BJJ in this fight.

Whoa, I just meant that Barnett has tested positive before and now chooses to fight mostly where there's no testing, whereas Monson hasn't (though now I think of it he admits to previously juicing).

Maybe Roids not as good as Even More Roids should have been the title?
