My quick 2 cents. The last 2 fights were some of the best MMA that I ever saw! Wow!

I wonder if all the Faber-haters will change their tune now?

What a great night of fights. The two title fights were a couple of the best I have ever seen.

Man where did Meada come from!? What an animal! Him and Torez were in a deathmatch - shame his eye closed up like that. I'm sure he will be getting some good fights in the WEC in the future.

The only dissapointment was "Rob the Butterknife Mccullough". That sucked almost as much as his last fight. That was like watching grass grow.

No. He's still a smarmy twat.

enjoying his fights and respecting his considerable skills =/= liking him.
You can't make people smarter. You can expose them to information, but your responsibility stops there.

Sorry to derail the gar train here a bit but I think Penn could have done a lot more. His punches didn't look crisp, except for a few, and he backed off instead of going in for the finish on two occasions.

It looked like a sparring match.

Faber is good, but he's not nearly as strong or as big as Stevenson. Really Urijah is like a smaller version of Stevension. Faber would get murdered the same way, only faster.
    that's what i'm talkin bout

I think faber would have a chance if BJ dropped to his weight, but I don't see it if Faber has to get bigger.

Tust want to state quickly that the Pulver - Faber fight was one of the best I have ever seen. Great exhibition of heart, skill and endurance by both men. Pulver must have a really solid jaw..very entertaining bout. Faber played it safe a little towards the end, but still give him props big time for gutting it out.
Just great. I can't say enough about it. I am so glad I didn't miss it.

Phrost..if you are talking about the Pulver- Faber fight you must have rocks in your head. Take one or two of those rights Pulver took or some of the elbow/forearms he got nailed with on the ground and then tell me if you think it was a sparring match...
If you are trying to play devil's advocate that's one thing, but this was a quality fight.
If that's how you spar you should be a pro by now.
