Not every area has so much to choose from.
To keep it simple, every area had the following:
Boxing, Karate, judo.
IF the area has a GOOD kickboxing school, that eliminates the need for boxing and karate.
IF it has a MT school , great.
Judo has, probably, 90% of all the grappling you need, and is found everywhere.
ummmhhh.... whatever helps you win at that moment. Cheating is also good.
Although it will take longer this combination will make you a holy terror in the ring! Remember though you must train at least 10 years in each style. Except SCARS which can be mastered in a weekend.
I call it the five elements: MT,Boxing, BJJ, Wrestling and Escrima.
For competition I’d recommend MT, Free style wrestling, BJJ but for self-defense I’d recommend MT, Judo, BJJ
stand up clinch and ground, mt/boxing/greco/jits/freestylewrestling
jits is brazilian jiu jitsu
thanx i have just seen BJJ
BAH Just be a NINJA then you got EVERYTING covered.
Why won't the allow REAL Ninjas in UFC?
THen it would be a SHORT SHOW and the other competitors couldn't comeback.
Xiao Ao Jiang Hu Zhi Dong Fang Bu Bai (Laughing Proud Warrior Invincible Asia) Dark Emperor of Baji!!!
Didn't anyone ever tell him a fat man could never be a ninja
You can't practice Judo just to win a Judo Match! You practice so that no matter what happens, you can win using Judo!
The key to fighting two men at once is to be much tougher than both of them.
