Style: BJJ--
I wouldn't go as far as to call some of those guys as Karate fighters.
More like Karate influenced, or comes from a Karate backround.
I bet if you asked a lot of those guys what 'style' they associate themselves with, they wouldn't say Karate.
Most of them would probably say MMA or a mix of x, y, and z styles. -

Of course.
I was trying to educate more than state that these our "karate guys". I was hoping to show that the way Chuck drops his hands to chamber a punch isn't all that strange nor is Machida's fighting style.
These are mixed martial artists. It's safe to say they hybridize. But I tried to rank them as karate effectiveness goes. I think they all use alot of karate in their skills. We all know GSP has managed to put olympians on their back and chuck was D1 level.
I've heard guys say chucks kick's are ugly. Those are snap kicks. Indicative of hawaiian kempo. I was only hoping to educate. Not really to cause people to think in labels. -

In terms of his chambering or not...i don't think he really does. I think he just keeps his hands low...
