2008 Sambo Summit Training Camp

I only have 2 months of bjj training and NO sambo training. I also don't on a sambo gear but a bjj gi. I'm sure I would get destoryed there but it just sounds like a lot of fun. Would it be a bad idea for someone like me to do this?

Absolutely not! We have a few beginners coming, grapplers of varied backgrounds...not all sambo people. All levels of experience too. All you need is you gi-top and some shorts (a few of each if possible). Wrestling shoes would be good. That is all outlined in the downloadable documents here:

It is a great time and it is great to have non-sambo people there since we get to spread the word :)

BTW, don't worry about "getting destroyed". This is a camp...for learning...not a competition.
