I have a problem
When ever I'm in guard the guy I train with simply traps one of my arms with his two arms and chokes me out with either his shoulder or elbow. He sprawls his legs so I can't try to roll him very effectively. Can somebody give me a move I can look up a video to? or maybe even just try'n describe what I should do?
Lift your hips? If its what I think it is then you should be able to get out of his reach then armbar/triangle him.

If he sprawls his legs back, then there's a very easy sweep to do. Open your guard, and put one butterfly hook in under his thigh, and one hook over the opposite thigh. Lift with the butterfly hook, and he'll go right over.
This works almost any time someone tries to sprawl out and do a submission inside your guard.
you mean as seen in this video?
YouTube - korea bjj (john frankl) butterfly guard sweep B(2)
or do you mean it's possible for me to do that sweep with just my hooks set in and raising my hips? cause he usually traps either my right or left arm...I can see how that'd be a good sweep to do though since most of his wieght is already on his/my upper body.
one, punch your partner in the face for trying to tap you in your guard.
Two, do what mcclaw said. As he sprawls back, work in one butterfly hook, and from there, you basically kick up with it, and take the mount position.
