Make sure that when you do decide on which tournament to go to, tochoose wisely. Or else the decision may haunt you for the rest of your life.

I'd have gone but before I knew about this I'd bought a plane ticket for Atlanta for the Naga nationals. Should be fun anyway... there's always next year.

I'm going straight into a cell if you make a post like this again.

Grats Moose, Gad you had a good day. I cleaned up in Atlanta as did my team mate. I think we were the only Saulo people there.

I, on the other hand, did not do so great. My gi division didn't look like it was going to start until 5:00-5:30 ish, and my dad needed to get back to Kalamazoo. So, I only competed in no gi. And there was only one guy in my division. And he, as it turned out, was a much better grappler than I.
Anyways, I have all of Derek's fights and I'll post those on youtube soon. If you want, I'll post me getting my **** wrecked, too. The guy I was fighting got some pretty spactacular throws in (a double leg lift, a harai goshi, and something that ended with me being thrown off of the mat).
But yeah. All in all, I felt the tournament was poorly organized and dragged it's ass. Which is odd, because I seem to recall that they ran a pretty tight ship last year.
