Shin conditioning

First of all, there is no such thing as hometrained. Either you are trained or your are not. Anything else is make-pretend-tomfoolery.

Second, yep, I have a tip: don't do it. Workout and do your roadwork until you get the chance to train with a professional.

Or you can be a retard and disregard anything I've said here. In that case, just grab a bunch of live puppies and put them in a pillow cover. Then tie the pillow cover to a tree. Next, kick the stuffed pillow cover until you begin to feel the hardness of the tree. Empty the pillow case, get more puppies and repeat.

Home Schooled students have social problems just like Home Trained students have fighting problems.
