INTERNATIONAL SAMBO CLINIC
Clinic featuring Igor Kurinnoy. A rare opportunity to train with a real Sambo World Champion.
Igor is a three time World Sambo Champion, a five time Sambo World Cup Champion, an International Judo Champion and an International Sumo Champion. Igorís website www.kurinnoy.borec.ru. He is also a Doctor of Philosophy and has conducted groundbreaking research in sports training science and technology. Unfortunately, all of this is in Russian so this is your opportunity to learn directly from the source.
Clinic will cover throws, grappling techniques, submissions with focus on leg locks and conditioning all from a Russian perspective. There will also be a bonus conditioning clinic held at San Francisco Crossfit.
Igorís "Sambo for Professional Series" will be available to all attendees at a discounted price.
