to be fair to lesnar, he is famous and famous people cost more just to get out of bed. He had a way to draw pay and he used it, it's not a nice world so who can fault him?
There's no choice but to confront you, to engage you, to erase you. I've gone to great lengths to expand my threshold of pain. I will use my mistakes against you. There's no other choice. -

So you have no real arguments here?
My finger twitched, I almost sent this to Trollshido since you acknowledged the fact that were was a Search Function but didn't use it.
Wow, a good article by Kevin Iole. Did he copy that from somewhere? All good except for this line, which a top level fight is clearly not 'one night's work.'

I think there's one other consideration not addressed in the (excellent, btw) Iole article. Many of these guys, like Serra, have their own schools which clearly benefit from any exposure at a UFC event. It's pretty clear these guys are not fighting just to promote their gyms, but it's also clear that they're going to benefit from it.
I don't think the same can be said of most boxers, but I could be wrong. I don't recall hearing tales of Ali or Foreman running their own gyms.
