    ^ agreed. While the cut was kinda bad, I don't think it was bad enough to warrant a stoppage.

    I'm not disputing that a cut like that should end a fight (or that it should).
    However, the fight can't really be used to say much about where Gomi is at right now.

    why not? when you start saying a fight doesn't show how you fight it just confuses me. to me its the same as people saying fedor is washed up because he got cut by hung man choi even though he has minimal mma experience (he hits hard you cant take that from him).

    What about the second Fedor-Nog fight?

    And Fedor isn't washed up, he's just been irrelevant for the last few years.

    The fight doesn't show anything because Ludwig didn't even try not to be owned. He set up shop in the worst possible position.
