competing with another schools name?

What's your previous expirence? How did you do in that one fight?

i did san shou before, karate, and boxing before. i dont really remember how the fight went but from what squerlli said i chased him around with punches for the first round and then the second round came i started gassing, turtled up and the referee stopped it after he landed 4-5 punches in my guard

Then why not explain that to him face to face and see what he thinks?

Give it some time. There is no rush to fight. Give a little respect to your new coach. I would kick a guy out of my club if I was training him, told him to wait, and he fought anyway. Maybe I am traditional this way...but that's how I roll with my guys.

I say talk to him, get his reasoning behind having people wait.
