Please tell me where in the fight does Tito win. Where he struggled to take Evans down and didn't do any damage, or when he blatenly cheated to avoid getting taken down?

That movie actually looks like it could be pretty funny. If you read my post you'll quite clearly see that I'm mentioning two relatively solid performances merely as suggestive that people might be digging Tito's grave a little prematurely. The smart money is on Machida but it might be too early to write off Tito.

Do you really think that Lyoto's sumo abilities is at all comparable to Rashad's takedown defense? This fight will most likely be Ryoto jabbing away for a decision but it isn't certain. Tito certainly has the skill and athleticism to takedown and G-N-P Machida. And don't start blathering about judoka and takedowns, soku is a novice to mma.

I agree completely. I think Tito will take Machima down. I was only refering to your comment that Tito's draw against Evans was somehow a win.

THe only thing that would make him more bad ass is if he spoke english

Since now the title mistake is fixed I can say something constructive.

No doubt I think Lyoto Machida will win but I hope he puts on a good show like he did with sokodju or however you spell his name. If he wants to be a main-eventer he's definately gotta switch on the aggression in his style of fighting. I don't think many people would wanna pay 30 bux or more to watch a man stepping in throw combos and step out for 15 mins and then grind out a decision win.

Tito has already lost the fight in my opinion. In an interview he refered to his opponent as "something machida, i forgot his first name" and seemed to take the fight very lightly. I think he doesn't have the passion and hunger he used to have, he's probably more concerned with his clothing line, celebrity apprentice and making home made pornos with jenna.

I also think the UFC is giving this fight as much publicity as it should. I think the beef between Tito and the UFC management got in the way with promoting the fight. Both parties seem to just be wanting to "get it out of the way"
