I don't know what was lame about his advice. "LET HIM UP" is short and too the point, making it easy to hear and understand when the fight is going on and you're not talking to him in the corner. It was sound advice too. In the 2nd round Matt was whooping Tim's ass on his feet and could have probably finished it, or at least won the round. For him to take him down and try to fight him there was a big mistake, and Rampage saw.

I concur, Chipper had chances to "get up" but chose not to. He even said that his wrastlin instincts took over and acknowledged his mistake.

For what it's worth, the title reflects Rampage's comments when chuckles had his back to the cage and was already trying to stand up.
That and there wasn't any significant man drama to clown on otherwise.

I think Rampage would make a awsome coach, Forrest on the other hand? Dont go for the arm bar? That made my night. Chipper looked awsome. I think he is gona fight on the season finale for sure.

Forrest gave him the safe advice. Hold the position for 15 seconds and take the sure decision. I like the fact that he went for the armbar and finished, but Forrest didn't give bad advice, just conservative advice.

Yah your right. Man I am still just pissed about Chipper. Every other guy in that house seems to be a tall drink of water.

I thought they were pretty well matched up. Chipper had the wrestling and athleticism, Tim had the ground skills and experience. Honestly, I expected Tim to win after the first 30 seconds of the fight, even after Chipper took his back because of Forrest's instruction from the corner.
I think it really gets in a fighter's head when his corner just stays silent (or yells one obvious order like "get up" over and over) while the other guy is getting clear step by step instructions.

Rampage needed to give step by step instruction. But he is learning too. I think if those two fighters were to fight again, it could easily go the other way. That says a lot right there.
Forrest gave the right advice, but I also like Tim going for the submission. It's the kind of thing that will attract attention.

that was nice of Chipper to gas and give him the arm at the end
