Riddle had an upkick earlier in the first when Tim was still standing that connected nicely as well.

Unlike the Diaz\Emerson fight, that was one of the best fights they ever had on the show.

I'm calling it now, but I think Matt Riddle is going to end up being a monster in MMA.

I just hate macho quotes from philosophers about combat- i.e. Nietzche, Santyana, or Robert Heinlein, for that matter, about how glorious it is to fight, or instinctual, and they NEVER FOUGHT in a war or a ring themselves.

That was an awesome fight. I really liked both of those, but I think Tim had the better attitude going into the fight.

Man Rampage was annoying. He just kept saying "get up, get up". He didn't try to tell him how to get up, or why, just that he should get up.

    Rampage's cornering doesn't pass a Turing Test

To be fair to Rampage, there were a couple of moments when Riddle was on top and really could have just backed off to let Tim up, but I chalk it up to Riddle's relative inexperience. He was a gamer and fought a good fight, but he still a bit green. No worries though, that kid has a pretty good future in the sport ahead of him.

    Uhh...

Besides, the quote was just filler to create a new thread about an episode of a show that hadn't aired. Pull the moral high-horsecock out of your ass.

I was rooting for Tim, but was glad Chipper made a fight of it. Actually, that fight rocked. Good standing, good takedowns, good jits. Very impressive. Good episode all around. Rampage's "advice" was pretty lame. But, at the some time, it probably was foolish for Riddle to take him down again at the end.

LOL @ forrest saying, "Thankfully, he didn't listen to my advice" about Credeur.
