yes, but things also break under stress more easily when you are older, so it migt not be a good idea to keep putting on wheight that doesnt come naturally

Exactly. As long as you don't let yourself go and gain some unwanted fat (thus stretching skin that won't go back) it could be balanced to just fill you out I'm thinking.Originally posted by keinhaar

Arnold is good at hiding it. There's sme rescent pics of him with no shirt on and he looks bad.
IF you work out and keep a healthy diet you'll look fine. On sunday morning a group of 65+ guys work out every week and they look better then most ppl in thier 20's. It all depends on what kind of lifestyle you live. -
