I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees this. He was very awkward and off balance. He did not have much power on his strikes in that fight. He did have some nice combos though.

The weird thing is that he's thrown down before with tough guys. He outboxed Leban and hung in there with Belcher (even though he didn't have the power Belcher did). I don't see any way that he turns out to just be a ***** after all of those fights, but nothing else seems to makes sense. I'd like to give the guy the benifit of the doubt, but I havne't heard any other credible explainations.

He broke his foot. I was really upset watching that fight. If you aren't gonna try and win, at least forfeit and lets get on with the fighting. I was also upset at Quarry for not chasing him down. I mean he spent so long running away. I thought that was the whole idea of the cage. Quarry could have chased him down and cleaned up. He just didn't put the pressure on.

Cages are surprisingly large. It's a lot easier to corner someone in a ring than a cage I think.

Um, were you watching a different fight? The only way Quarry could have caught Starnes was by sprinting at him in a similar fashion to how he was mocking him at the end of the fight. You can't have good striking and defense when you're literally trying to chase the person down, if it was a real life fight he would have let Starnes run away and that would have been the end of it. Also a broken foot is the lamest fucking excuse I've ever heard for running around for 15 minutes. He had some mysterious foot injury that allowed him to run backwards for 3 rounds with no ill effects but bouncing around and trading punches was out of the question?
