I don't think powerade would be such a good idea.
Its just gonna make you jittery. Most sports drinks are crap and full of sugar.
Water is what you need.
Just don't drink or eat before the match, make sure your stomach is not full at all. You dont need cramps or pains or just a bloated stomach because your nervous and have food in your stomach. -
