    Frank Shamrock's Broken Bones

Frank Shamrock shows his broken bones on a skeleton. I thought it was a cool video because it gives a look into the life of a professional MMA athlete.

Apparently Frank Shamrock's biggest weakness is being too nice.

You know, there are times when they hype up everything and over the top antics Frank Shamrock annoys the living hell out of me...and then I'll see some sort of an interview of him like this and it makes me like him again...

I still think he had he fought a little smarter and he have beaten Cung Le, though...
