New Profile Field: Member Competition Footage
Ironically enough, this idea was suggested by Rudy Abel (AKA "KungFuDoesWork") a while ago and we just got around to implementing it.
The idea here is to show your commitment and dedication to improving your Martial Arts skills by sharing footage from events in which you've competed. As we all know, the only truly effective way to get better at fighting is to fight, and this has always been the core of our philosophy at Bullshido.
So for those of you who do compete, or have competed in the past all you need to do to make the icon show up in your posts is:
And while you're at it, Review your School too and get the nifty little dojo icon above your posts as well.
- Compete (duh) and upload the video to YouTube.
- Post a thread in the Competition Footage Videos forum.
- Edit your Profile and copy/paste the link to that thread.
Show the other Forum Bullies that you actually train and compete today!

I made one thread and did all of mine under it. I think that's the idea.
Well mainly since Throwdowns aren't competitions we'd like the threads to be focused on competition or challenge fight (Gong Sau) footage.
If you want to include your Throwdown footage, that's fine, but not a substitute for competition as Throwdowns are sparring/meetup events.
I will try to whip up a highlight reel...pics and vids. Should be a fun walk through memory lane.
