You MUST watch Episode 6 of Iron Ring

I'm not one to start useless threads, but this is a must see.

Iron Ring is one of the venues remaining today where you can still see people make the same mistakes being made in the early days of the UFC. It's probably because of their mix of legitimate fighters and guys who are basically just swinging for the fences. It also doesn't help that the fights are very short and the judging is questionable, putting alot of pressure on the fighters to be aggressive beyond prudence.

Anyway, suffer through the various retardisms of brain dead coaches, the wtf value of a dashiki-clad ref, and amateur porn quality production.

Clip 5 of 5 is the second fight. It's one of those hypothetical "what would happen if" questions that most UFC fighters are too experienced to provide us with an answer for.

The disaster is epic.

Please. Someone's gotta see this.

That show is gonna get someone killed. The mentality is way too "street", the fighters don't want to tap so they get hurt. The ref waits too long to stop the fights. It's a less than safe environment for the fighters in my opinion.

Edit: gotcha. I'm not sure how I feel about this show, I actually like most of the fighters, but some of the other guys need to sit down and shut the **** up.

I saw about the start of a fight last night, then a guy latch onto an arm and get slammed impressively. Did the dude's arm break?

And I've never gotten any blast video to work, was it because of firefox?
