    You also have to decside if the time it takes you to maintain this type of "useless" flexability is worth it. Now, you may have ample time on your hands to stretch for 20 or 30 mins everyday, but, there will come a time that your training schedule may be more limited and maybe you can use that time to work on something more, how can I say this, "useful".
