I don't think you understand my post.

    You are either:
    A) A troll
    B) Someone who needed to lurk more
    C) Delusional
    D) Socially inept

I simply gave you the benefit of the doubt.

I you truly believe that Tai Chi can stop a well trained grappler, then by all means, please post some evidence. This is Bullshido, not story hour. I will not believe you simply because you managed to learn how to use a keyboard.

My sister is dead. You did not know that, so I am not angry, but I would prefer you to lay off this line of joking.

Why would somebody video tape lifting weights? It is not like I am a body builder or anything. There are guys much smaller than me that have 350lbs benches but their squat is not as good as mine.

    *I fixed your typo.

I do not think you understand my post. I do not plan on falling into the illusion that I can theoretically put my plan in motion. I do and have already gone around and cross trained at a few gyms with wrestlers and BJJ guys. My main trainer does tai chi. I am sorry that your limited understanding of the art prevents you in believing that I can suceed with it. But I have so far. Do not get me wrong. I spent a year getting taken down and tapped. My sifu has shown me how to use the techniques he knows to stop that. It seems to be working. No he does not do or has done wrestling but you would be impressed.

This thread was not supposed to be about me going into MMA that is a few years down the line. I simply wanted to know what you guys felt about TKD training as most of my kicks are TKD based, now that Cung Le has proven what a wide variety of kicks can do.

Listen up man as a 2nd degree TKD blackbelt (I know I know it hurts me to say it) who's competed at state and national level TKD kicks and fighting style is gonna get you wrecked. I found that out my first time sparring Muay Thai, the only thing TKd ever helped my with was being flexible and being able to see kicks coming. I hope your not serious.:dontknow:

So you admit that you're not doing MMAs?

    My retard comment stands.

EDIT: Please change your style field. NOW.

So if I said I was going to start off with grappling tournaments as my base competition I would not have to change my style field?

*edit. By the way Steve I understand what you are trying to do. If by not changing my style field you are going to ban me I do not think that is justified. My intentions are to go into MMA. If I had put Muay Thai and BJJ as my style this would not even be an issue.
