Boxing In Boston Area

Does anybody know of reputable boxing gyms in the Boston area that are not too outrageously priced?

I can't afford a chi-chi gym membership like the Ring Boxing Club, it's just too damn expensive.

Muay Thai gyms are also alright.

What part of boston do you live in?

There's South Boston Boxing, which is free if you're under 21. And there's this place on Columbia Road which is right next door to a Muay Thai gym. I'll get you the site in a second.

They've got a boxing program from 6-9 PM every day. I know people who train at both, and it seems to be working for them.

Anyway, if you don't like chi-chi, you may wish to check out the Somerville Boxing Club which is about as anti-chi-chi as it gets:

It's oriented toward a keep-the-kids-off-the-streets type mission, but is inexpensive for it. Open seven days.
