Personally, I like a bag with a little swing to it. It keeps me moving, in and out, side to side. Like everyone else I've had some trouble with Everlast bags, and I bought a Golds Gym 70lbs one that was completely worthless (although I spent almost nothing on it). A gym I used to go to had a Nazo bag that I loved to work on.

Thanks, guys. Maybe I should have been a bit more clear. I am looking to replace my Everlast bag (long story with the Everlast bag) with a Thai style banana bag and want input on the KO Sports bag (quality, etc).

    Thanks

Well, since no one could give me a review of the KO Sports heavy bag, they looked and sounded good online, the price was right, and I really need a new bag, I went ahead and bought one. I'll write a review once it's up and I've worked out on it a bit.

If it matters I'm 6ft, 200 lbs and a fairly heavy hitter.
    80-100lbs will be just fine.

Of course, you could find a bag at the gym that you like and go ask what wt it is...

This is a seriously useful thread. I wouldn't go so far as to sticky it, but it definitely deserves to be archived somewhere.
