I am forced to agree with this. The breakfall on the arm behind the back made me cringe and feel pain in a very visceral way.... having landed like that now and then in 30 years of training I can only say a fall of this nature is the equivalent of a very flexible TKD guy ax kicking himself in the head to warm up.
