    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Leg Flexibility.

    For a while I had very flexible, but due to being sick for quite a while, I was unable to keep that flexibility. I was wondering if anyone could give me a guide on the best was to have good leg flexibility. As in very high kicks, and full splits.

    warm up a little.....then stretch.

    Warm-up, stretch to the point of discomfort, back off just a tad, then hold for..well...I'm not sure. Long enough to overcome the stretch reflex. 30 seconds...a minute. Something like that. No bouncy stretching though!

    drink a glass of vodka and take four vicodin. You'll be doing the splits in no time. Remember to stretch THROUGH the pain. That is if you feel any.

    (the video as well although I found it doesn't really add anything)
