Video interview with Frank Shamrock from Sherdog.com, in which Frank discusses how/why he's going to beat Cung:
"Back off man, I'm a scientist!"

Ahahaha! That was hilarious! lol @ Frank saying that he is a scientific artist, insulting Cung's "biomechanics", and then saying that he literally dreams about exactly how he is going to beat his opponents the night before the fight.
Frank's a nut!

Good for him for visualizing - always a good pre-fight ritual. Le's going to **** him up though.

How on earth does Le have a chance against Frank?
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

I love Cung Le, but I think Frank's points were actually pretty valid.
He's a good striker with an unorthodox style that confuses some people, but he does keep his hands low and lacks 1-punch/kick knockout power (except for that one liver shot...damn that was cool). But his wrestling is awesome, at least Greco style on the feet.
I think Cung will hit Frank with a few high kicks, then miss a sidekick, get bullrushed and taken down. His wrestling will be enough for him to avoid subs though, and they'll get stood back up after Cung takes some punishment from GnP. I think that cycle will repeat itself, but eventually Frank will gas out and Cung will knock him down with a punch, then GnP for the win. Cung Le, TKO, 2:31 Round 4.
You heard it here first.

Hey guys, checkout Cung's "hypoxy training" (at 1:25). It's nuttier than Wanderlei's snorkel. http://www.sherdog.com/videos/videos.asp?v_id=1507
Damn, athletic science sure has gotten wacky these days.

That's funny. You guys do realize that Frank used to train at AKA and Mendez used to be his striking coach?

I say Frank Shamrock wins by freaky submission after being on his back in that wierd low half guard he pulls so well.
