    cheap UFC dvds on ebay

I'd been looking to pick up the old UFCs on DVD for several years but was always put off by the $15-per-event price tag. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that somebody in Australia is selling boxed sets of 1-10 on ebay for $35-40 plus shipping. I was a little hesitant about the foreign origin, the possible compatibility issues, the quality, etc., but I finally pulled the trigger. Delivery took about two weeks, but they got here yesterday. And ... they're terrific. If they're bootlegs, they're letter-perfect copies--no compatibility issues, first-class resolution, no skips, quality packaging, everything. I hadn't watched a lot of that **** in years, & it's great to see it in DVD clarity; there's a lot of stuff I didn't really catch the first time around, or on later viewing on blurry VHS--a good look at the bite mark Gordeau left on Royce's ear, etc. (UFC 1 is actually a lot better than I remembered). Looking forward to getting drunk & revisiting the coming of Tank tonight.

If you're in the market, check it out.
